Unsafe environment for families. The restaurant's management is doing the worst job possible. Even their head manager is unprofessional, can't even talk about their staff. This was the 1st time we went to dinein and they were so rude to us we had to leave. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for our table, which we were happy to do.

My family was sitting in the car while I waited. After roughly 20 minutes I was shown to my table and I asked my family to come in. And three of them including their manager came and forced my family to leave and go back outside. I asked them that I already had called my family out but the three of them started blamming us and defending their actions in very loud voices. The manager went inside and called another one of them out ganged up on us and kicked us out of their restaurant. I just hope this doesn't happen to any other group. Very selfish people working there.

Eventually they gave the 4 person table to 6 people who had to cram in to get overhyped dal...

Located on main road, so it is easy to locate

Very nice, easy going, relaxing atmosphere which enhances mood and makes it worth going

Service:

Food is served with a smile, staff is very cooperative and you donot have to wait for too long for food.

Washrooms:

Washroom was well maintained and clean.

Food:

We went there for lunch and ordered palak patta chaat, dal makhni, butter roti, cucumber mojito.

Palak patta chaat was crispy and super tasty , quantity was enough for 2 -3.

Dal makhani has good texture and taste, it was served hot and had creamy texture.

Cucumber mojito was a good choice

Butter roti was freshly made, ir was easy to chew

They served all this with green chutney and onion which enhanced food flavour and increased apetite.

Sweet dish:

We ordered gulab jamun, which was so soft and tasty.

For lunch you can expect 800-1000 for two

Overall...

Service was pathetic, hardly 4-5 tables were occupied but the staff was busy talking to each other. Everytime i asked for onion they take the whole plate away and then refill it. When the person (Nandan Singh) over there took the plate refilled it and kept it with him only, i was calling him but no response, he was busy talking to each other, than he ignored and went straight to the bar counter. Someone else shouted and then he came back and brought the plate, i said i was eating food and you didn’t bother to bring the plate back, he straight away said he was busy. You can check the video footage of 6th Oct, 24 around 12:30 am night. You will know what was more important than a customer who was busy and still at late got time to have dinner, but the president Nandan Singh don’t have time.
