Dear Traveller

Becareful with this hotel (despite very close to railway station) The guys in reception (all of them) are hardcore cheaters

I took non/AC room on 1st Oct 17 night and while checking out he charged me for A/C and I couldn't argue as I was rushing to catch train ;

He never showed any compassion to help is find near by bus station or restaurant ; he just looked at us like rats , for him his confidence is his hotel is close to railway station and he will get people anytime

These guys don't deserve to be in hospitality industry don't know how to talk or behave , they just know how to loot you ,

Ignore this hotel and stay...

Very bad hospitality of the reception staff. He behaved so rudely with us when we asked if we can have a look at the room before we check in. It was 4 am in the morning and had our baby with us. We just wanted to ensure that the room is clean and hygiene enough. He said it is not his policy to show the rooms. He finally said he is not interested in talking to us.
