My wife and I went to Royal Food Court in Aluva for a snack, and we were really disappointed. We ordered chicken cutlet and juice, but the cutlet was completely spoiled. It smelled off and had a slimy texture. I told the serving guy, but thehe didn't seem to care at all about our concerns. They left the spoiled cutlet on our table the whole time we were having our juice. They initially included it in the bill. I had to show them the uneaten cutlet on the table to get it removed from the bill. When I complained to the guy at the counter, he simply smiled and said it was "normal" for cutlets to go bad. Their attitude was dismissive, as if they were saying 'Take it or leave it.' They didn't even apologize and acted like this happened all the time.
It's sad to see Royal Food Court, once considered one of the best restaurants in Aluva, decline to this level. While I understand that not every meal at every restaurant will be exceptional, however, serving spoiled food and then treating customer complaints with such arrogance is unacceptable.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from the staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable evening. The ambience of the restaurant is simply delightful. The elegant decor and cozy lighting create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the restaurant's design, as it added a touch of refinement to the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. Read moreWe had lunch here. We ordered a chicken briyani and poratta with a single piece chicken curry. The briyani was okay it did not have too much masala and there were 3 pieces of chicken. The poratta did not taste much but it was served hot. The chicken curry was tasty I liked it very much. The staff who took the order was friendly. They have many dishes including a huge variety of briyani (chicken, beef, mutton, fish), fried rice, noodles, al faham, mandhi, naan and a large array of curry's. It's spacious with ample car parking. They also have a lot of snacks and bakery items including donuts and cakes. I feel like there are many things here. You won't have to leave from here with an...
