Madaparambil Residency — Hotel in Kerala

I have booked a Non Ac room in this hotel. I am very surprised after entering into Non Ac room and found room was very neat and clean, no bad smell, Provided Quality cot and new bed spreadsheet, mosquito nets in windows, TV, water bottle with towel and soap are available. Bathroom is also neat and clean with Western toilet, Geyser and big size bath shower normally not available in Non AC rooms of other hotels in my travelling experience. I thought initially hotel receptionist alloted AC room mistakenly but later found no AC in the room. Good experience in God's own country. Location is also good, just 100 meter opposite to Aluwa Railway Receptionist Mr Santhosh also guided me to reach my work...

You may think the rooms will be excellent and infrastructure will be good by just seeing the residency from outside. They decorated outside very well. But the rooms are pretty average. They may over charge if you are a new person, who don't have much idea about rooms. The room price is 700 actually. If you are a newbee may be they will charge 750 to 800. The room is spacious but there was dust over there. Better to bring your own towels or buy new one. Because they are reusing it again and again and again. And mostly never ever buy water from them. For 13rupees priced water bottle they charged 20. And when i asked why they told, if you don't want just go outside...

Stayed at Madaparambil Residency recently and had a really good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a peaceful place, perfect if you just want to relax.
