Zaina Food Court — Restaurant in Kerala

Recently went to matha theatre along with friends and only had a limited amount of money in hand. went here for eating kuzhimathi and the pricing in menu for half kuzhimathi was around 280. We bought two half along with two bottles of cola and the black plate they gave us looked like it wasn't cleaned for a month. It was so dusty that my wet white tissue became dark brown after cleaning it! The food was okay and we thought the price would be 600 after we did the math. And when the bill came, we were shocked to see around 750 ruppees written in it!!! We asked the guy in the counter about it and he said that the pricing in menu is inaccurate and the food cost more that it+ added tax!!! Luckily we had money for both this and movie. Such a pathetic experience ngl. To the shop owner- pls update the fricking menu card and tell the staffs to clean...

A decent place where you can have food with your family in Aluva. It's one of my favourite spots also. Their AC dining area is well maintained and hygienic. They offer a variety of dishes and they are good in taste and quality. They have a bakery section also, which provides tasty snacks, sweets and cakes... Nice atmosphere. The staff was well behaved and very polite and was timely on my orders. Clean and well maintained place with great seating arrangements including clean and comfy chairs and great glass tables. The AC and Non Ac section both of them were the best and it was well maintained.

Visited Zaina Food Court around 4 PM after spotting it while passing through the junction. I initially wanted to try their shawarma, but was informed it would only be available after 4:45 PM, which was a bit disappointing. So I opted for their Alfaham instead.

The Alfaham was fairly average — nothing extraordinary, just your regular grilled chicken. However, the porotta was surprisingly good in taste and texture. The dining area was neat and comfortable, and the service was decent with the food arriving in about 15 minutes.

One plus point is their spacious parking, which is a big convenience in a busy area like Aluva. If you’re near Aluva railway station and in the mood for a quick bite like shawarma or Alfaham, Zaina Food Court is a decent option to consider, though not something to go out of...
