The All Seasons "Maintenance" hotel. All we wanted was some pool time for the kids and a boat ride. Booked two premium interconnected rooms for two nights, and on arriving at the lobby, they told us that one of the interconnected rooms was under maintenance, so we were given normal rooms. Minor inconvenience, we thought. After lunch, which was decent, the kids were ready for pool. We went to the 3rd floor where the pool is and it was closed. Took the elevator downstairs to the reception to enquirie about it and got stuck in the lift two times due to power failure. We couldn't believe the odds of that happening. Spoke to the staff at the reception, and we were told that the pool is under maintenance for two days. Kids made it very clear that they are not going to stay. We spent the remainder of the day calling hotels in kollam for accommodation. Got one for the next day for exorbitant rates and informed the reception that we will be leaving the next day. Had food, which was decent again, and went to bed. Around midnight, we woke up to boat engine like sound the AC was making. Ignored it and tried to sleep again. Then it was the turn the stretcher like extra bed that I was sleeping on. My whole body started itching, and I am currently up, sitting in a chair at 3 o'clock in the morning writing this review. I am sure that more things are lined up for us to make our stay more...

This hotel is situated in the lake side. The rooms are good and big. But if you need to get the beach view you have to come out to the terrace and watch the sea.

The breakfast was not great. It was told that it will be buffet but the next day they provided alacarta. But it took a lot of time as well to get the food. They brought all the food together due to which food was cold

The restaurant is on the top floor. If you can don’t eat from there!!! At night they had just rice items & poratta. I ordered fried rice. They bought a huge quantity and also very spicy. That turned out to be a horrible dinner by wasting the food also.
