Not only was he incredibly talented in his culinary craft, but he also displayed a genuine down-to-earth nature that made our conversation delightful. One person who stood out during my celebration was Bijil. His warm and helpful demeanor made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful birthday cake, adding a touch of sweetness to the occasion. Why 1 star Google doesn't provide a much lesser option, and you can give 1 star for the ambiance. Now coming to the food. We went for my parents anniversary and we did not opt their buffet because I heard from my friend who went 2 weeks before me that it wasn't that great so we opt for A le Carte thinking it will be special and we can order some chef Pillai special. So we ordered the following Mutton biryani ( the rice was good( not great) but the mutton they served was sooo damn hard it was worse than a normal restaurant, it was pathetic.) Price 650 Chicken biriyani ( it was better than mutton and again the chicken pieces was really good and tender) price 650 Appam and phulka was average Mutton pepper ( the worst mutton I have in recent years, those who know about Kollam knows it's famous for mutton dishes but this was a nightmare I bet it wasn't having the taste of a road side shop, yes I mean it ) price-650 Beef curry( man oh man again the worst I had in recent years, you can get a better beef almost every where, the beef piece was just boiled and put it some common gravy and given to us worst of all the dish we ordered) price 550 THE NIRVANA( the quality of the fish was great but it was sooooo over powered with coconut oil, I'm a Malayali even we find that toooo much, it was disappointing) price 800 Calamari fry( was really good and one of the only dish we liked there) 550 Dragon chicken ( was good and well prepared) prove 540 Mushroom pepper( just average, but not bad) The price for each dish was about 450 to 650 average and my bill came arround 6.5k Why did we choose this place We thought of giving a special occasion to my parents and it was a total...
