Kings Fort Rooms — Hotel in Kerala

The manager (Vincent) was very abusive in his language and very poor in Customer Relationship Management. He does not know to talk at all. Our family ended up in vacating the place much before the time despite paying the charges applicable,and it was due to this man alone. Not sure if he really knows what business ethics is! The staff also did not bother to clean the room after we left out for some while and when we returned it was still in the same state as before.We were there for a family function and we definitely did not want to end our day like this.. especially the way he behaved with elders is just not tolerable. Can someone from OYO ensure this is taken...

the hotel staff has very disrespectful attitude.the staff behaved so rude to us. snatching the key out of our hands coz we entered another room where my granny stayed. the impudent receptionist was a pain in the rear end, who doesn't have the decency to give us time to vacate. we were literally thrown out. the hotel needs to improve a lot on staff behavior if it needs to survive the competition. you need to dismiss the current ill-mannered receptionist to get better reviews. even after we settled the account the person was using offensive language to elderly citizens. such ill-mannered behavior is certainly a blotch in the God's Own...

Was easy to locate. Had ample parking space. Staff at the reception was courteous. Room was neat, though floor tiles had stains/ were faded. Lift was not working so had to climb two floors. Only a towel was provided in the room. No toiletries. (May give soap if asked for). One bottle of water was complimentary. Cleanliness in the common areas such as corridors was really poor. Could see food waste in plastc covers kept in the corners. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes in the room. Overall, will say value for money.
