Hotel Aryaas — Restaurant in Kerala

Worst service. Probably immigrant workers, very disrespectful. Today I went to have food with tea, they were in a rush and served food without tea and placed the bill without serving tea. After that half reluctantly,he served tea which was tasteless and with a dead insect. I asked the waiter to please serve change the tea and he bluntly refused and spoke to me in a harsh tone and bad attitude! Similar incidents were happening at their hotel this evening and many people left due to the bad behaviour by these immigrant staffs; I am very down to earth and respect people from all backgrounds but bad behaviour be it from my people of my own state or immigrant or others states is not acceptable! And the owner was also a useless person who took a cold stand in the incident and neither said sorry to me nor advice hi staff about his bad behaviour. Sich pathetic attitude is not tolerated. i would never ever recommend anyone to visit...

I'm a regular coustomer..I had a very bad experience from there side. But they won't apologize for that mistake. Last week I bought a ghee roast for rs75. When I opened that packet I'm literally shocked..They packed the food with the seramik coating of the pan 😐.if I wouldn't see that I will definitely eat that food. I returned that food and tell this issue...the old man who sitting in the counter won't say anything and the give another ghee roast..i literally shocked that wouldn't say anything 😒...And also they would not give me the bill! 🙄..i never suggest hotel aryaas.this location comes near...

As a native of trivandrum aryaas is a usual place i go. Its located in the heart of the city and its been there for long long years. You will get vegetarian dishes dosa, idli, appam, idiyappom, and more more. I dont like the taste of their sambar but chutney n ghee roast is tasty. Cost is similar to other restaurants. They serve food via uber eats too. But when ghee roast reaches home the crispness will be lost. Best way to eat ghee roast is to go to the shop and eat. It might be always rush and congested. Might have to wait for sometime...
