Fusion Feast by cups and cones — Restaurant in Kerala

Today i went to cups and cones for first time . Very close to Pettah Metro station its first floor has a good glass fronted view ,spacious seatings,rest room ,good AC ,and comfortable ambience . The menu was quite large with choices of Burgers ,Steaks,Momos,Ice creams milk shakes and mocktails . Prices were reasonable and I ordered a chicken zinger burger with french fries and a lemon Mojito though it wasnt a combo . In fact combo choices is a good suggestion I can give . Having tasted very good Burghers abroad I generally am not exited of same in Cochin but here it was surprisingly good. A good burgher needs fresh firm buns not friable crumbly or soft flaccid ones . Secondly it needs a tasty fresh rich patty not too salty dry or crusty . Of course the fills need to be fresh too . The zinger chicken burgher came upto my satisfaction to a big extent as patty was tasty . I was told by Mr Rajesh its owner it was made by themselves ,that makes a difference though my taste requires a bit less of the yellow mustard sauce which was a bit overpowering . The Buns were not dry or flaky nor soft flaccid it was just right. French fries was fresh crispy too . Mojito lime was to my satisfaction ,sour sweet and icy cold on the rocks . Cochin is known for being stingy with ice most thinking its in the artic circle though its a sweaty wet hot hell . Above all it was reasonably priced ,. Service was vety pleasant and timely .

I had visited the restaurant very recently and the way they served was excellent and all the staff was so corporative, but when i was leaving the restaurant i found that my bike was in a bad condition, some other vehicles came and hit on my bike and my bike was in very bad condition. So i requested the employee over there to please look into the cctv so that we can know who has done this, at that point of time they were very supportive and said to us that as the cctv camera was not placed in the direction where my bike was parked so they told that at the bottom there is a home appliance shop whose camera is positioned in such a manner that whole incidents are captured in it and they told that next day itself they will provide the footage, but i am very much sad that after around one week till today no communication from cup and cones or no video has been given till date and when i am calling to restaurant number they are saying small excuses as it its not a big deal. So i am very much sad for the incident happend and the lack of support which they give to customers coming there. Its only serving customers good food, but they also look into service which they offer...

Visited Cups and Cones on 11th Aug 2023 afternoon, there was no one at the front desk. Stepped out seeing no one and came back again and knocked on the kitchen door after waiting for a while. That's when someone came out. Ordered a sandwich, pasta, chicken kathi roll, coffee shake and rose milk. It took ages for us to get the food. The food tasted fine.
