Beautiful and well-maintained property. The property is located at a very soothing and scenic view. Mr. Praful is a very warm host who took care of all our needs and concerns. Mr. Fredy also took great care of us. Also, they have in-house chef who cooks delicious meals specially kerala cuisine. The food was homely yet v flavourful and tasty at a very reasonable cost too. The property also has mango tree, coffee, peppers, almonds, guava, mangosteen and wideeee variety of small trees. Kids can enjoy learning about each tree. The dining area also is located with a great view. We were so delighted by our stay that we extended it as well. The host also provides great itinerary recommendations. Will definitely visit again.

The food, the location, the room and the people alllll of them together made our experience very delightful despite the bad weather. Even when we were late for breakfast or forgot to place order for meals, they went extra mile to consider what is already available and if we would be okay with those items. Their kind gestures and delicious food made our stay more pleasant :). The host offered to share the kerala style buttermilk with us for taste, which was lovely. Though the location seems to be at a very steep road, you get used to it soon, that should not be a problem.

Kind suggestion : the spring of the bed in 107 seems v hard and broken, fixing that would make the stay...

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this resort. The lack of coordination among the staff was evident throughout, leading to poor service quality. Despite booking a package that supposedly included breakfast, I was informed otherwise on the morning of, resulting in unexpected additional charges. The inefficiency extended to the check-in and check-out processes, where staff shortages and disorganization caused unnecessary delays.

For those considering a visit to Munnar, I strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations that prioritize customer satisfaction. Our decision to stay here was influenced by a positive recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately, the change in management has led to a decline in service standards.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and basic amenities like bottled water were only provided after multiple reminders. Moreover, the staff exhibited an unwelcoming attitude, as if guests were inconveniencing them by staying at the resort.

Regrettably, I am only able to award one star to this review, as the system requires a minimum rating for submission. However, this does not reflect the subpar experience endured...

We had an amazing stay at this resort! It offers breathtaking views and is conveniently located near the Tata Tea Gardens. Occasionally, visitors are allowed to enter the tea gardens, which adds to the experience.

The resort is built with great quality and is exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are spotless, well-furnished, and provide a luxurious stay. We spent two wonderful days here with friends and family, creating unforgettable memories.

It’s also a perfect spot for photography, thanks to the stunning surroundings.

The staff was very hospitable, especially the manager, who ensured a smooth and comfortable stay. A special mention to Amal, who was extremely polite and kind. His cool nature and excellent driving skills made our rides to and from the hotel feel like an adventurous experience!

The only challenge was reaching the location, as the roads have steep inclines and declines (about 60-70 degrees). If you’re driving, be cautious. Since we traveled in a larger vehicle, we parked it on the roadside, and the hotel staff kindly provided pick-up and drop-off service whenever needed.
