Misty Woods Serviced Villa/Rooms — Hotel in Kerala

I booked online and paid full amount. When I entered the hotel, they said they have arranged some other place for me since they don't have rooms available! ||They said it is 15 KM, but actually was 30KM away. We had to drive 30KM to check-in and come back. They are blaming the booking site for not communicating the change to me. New place that they provided was not at all comparable to facilities committed in the listing. This is not a hotel but a serviced apartment. We booked it only because the 4 of us wanted to stay in a room together and not book 2 rooms. |The place does not have hot water in the shower. Plus no dining available. The breakfast included is also pre-decided by them and only 1 item.
