DSR Grand Hotel — Hotel in Krishnagiri

Good location, average room, bad service. This is best what I can say about DSR Grand.||||I had a not so grand experience during a day's stay there. ||||Book for a non AC room with extra be, but changed my mind after reaching hotel and seeing those BIG mosquitoes there. Settled for an AC room with extra bed. Room was clean with a fairly good toilet with hot water (again mosquitoes rule there too)||||Service: It was terrible. Since I requested for an extra bed, they gave me an extra mattress on the floor (adjustable). Funniest was I had to request for everything right from a pillow, bedcovers, and service boy was carrying just one at a time.. took almost an hour to complete the extra bed.||||Food: The restaurant was under repair, so for non veg food they gave a menu of external restaurant who will deliver it in your room. ||||Car wash: They offered me a car was for Rs. 150/-, but repented for that later, mud/dirt were still there all over.||||Overall in my POV,...

Worst of the worst places on earth. Not recommended for anyone. There is current problem in this place . Current keeps going out. There are a lot of insects in this place. The rooms are not clean. These people will trick you into staying here telling us the rooms are good but they cheated us. Look at the rating which is 3.6 stars. They will ask more money. They talk rudely when you address their fault. They will tell you to get out of this place even though it is not your time. The toilet can hear it from the other side. A lot of mosquitos. They don't receive this 1 star even One of the horrible place we have stayed. There is no one to even to help you with the luggage. Once you reach the reception they say lift is not working. You get into the room, room boy switches the tv and ac walks away without giving remote. You follow up n times they give wrong remote which don't work. Room boy coolly says ac is working why do you want to change the temperature. Bed sheet and blanket are fresh and you can see stains. There was a shoe mark in room sofa, there is no telephone to call the reception. Ants, Mosquitoes swarm the place. There is no hot water available in most of the rooms. No one cares.
