Sai Ananda Bhavan — Restaurant in Krishnagiri

This hotel is situated on the interstate National Highway of Bangalore to Chennai just before turning to Chennai Highway before Krishnagiri Busstand. Clean, spacious, with a lot of parking space, rest rooms,wash basin, fans etc., Clean large plantain leaves are spread on the table as soon as you sit. Fresh steaming very hot idlis, Vada, Pongal, big sized dosa varieties are available. Coconut Chutney, onion sambar, pudina chutney, onion red chutney are spread as side dishes. Sumptuous Coconut Chutneys are filled on the leaves every time they are emptied. Rates are moderate. The taste is good,nice aroma, sumptuous, hot,clean quick service. On the whole it is a good experience. For five people, the total tiffin bill was around Rs. 500/- with water bottle supplied. Good hospitality. The crowd is also less when food is served. There is confusion of cost of food items and also GST of both State & Central are also added to the cost of total. The food items rates are all in odd figures with paisas also miniscule & GST & CST added to total. Not clear. On enquiry, the cashier is evasive. GST & CST officials must visit, enquire,clarify & set right if wrong billing to customers. Kindly clarify while paying the bill otherwise it looks like food costs have been added with GSTs & also again to the total GSTs are added while collecting grand total. Please observe in the photo of the bill attached to the review. Check up clearly. Enquire properly the cashier before paying the bill. Please do not blindly pay & keep quiet....

Such a WORST customer experience.

The cashier forcing the customer to pay through UPI only even if I had cash as my UPI was not working. Then he is procrastinating till the end forcing me to just sit idle. Really horrible. Also mocking the customer through by saying return on next time as if he is giving charity in a sarcastic way. Such kind of act should be CONDEMNED.

Also I was paying for another customer where the cashier even if the bill had a amount of 93 he was asking for 95 and gave a chage of 5 rupees. Stealing in broadlight without a consent of even saying.

Each and every amount hard earned should be spend at the consent of the his/her own will and should not be forced.

Cashier was also asking to buy some shitty snacks nearby for change.

Please go with UPI to this shop otherwise you will also...

Pro : Facility for parking, rest room are available. They server customers bottle water only. Cons: Service person would dedicatedly only server his alloted tables. Would dorge away if other customers request for a chutney Also. I was served with tea containing absolutly no sugar and requesting could take 3-4 min by the time our busses might depart. With just serving dossa and single chutney servers feel They are doing good justice to the cost we pay. Dosa would be completly oily. Not just this time, always They server only limited idly and rely on Dosa. I had a chance to have idly from here 4-5 Yr ago. Due to heavy rush and least customer servive mindset. It's Okey if you may drop in due to situation otherwise you won't get what...
