We were a group of 16 members on a Ladakh trip arranged by Kaivalya Ventures, Mumbai . We stayed at Hotel Ladakh Heaven, Leh. The hotel is very cosy with all necessary facilities. The support staff (Vikas & Vishal) is very helpful and caring. Especially Mr. Nirmal (very proactive in all arrangements) and Ms. Diskit (always smiling 🙂). The food was very good. Special thanks to the chefs (Upendra & Mahendra) for serving delicious food. Overall stay was memorable. This hotel made our tour very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here a few days back on my trip to Leh.. Nazir Bhai, Diskit and all the other staff were very warm and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed, and made us feel extremely comfortable while we were there … Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Leh. And I will definitely be returning whenever time permits! Hotel has an outdoor garden, clean and cozy rooms, car and motorcycle parking within their gate and the main market is 15-20 mins walking distance (approx 2 km) from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ladakh Heaven and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Location-Ideally situated in the heart of the city, with major attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Despite the central location, our room was quiet and peaceful. Service-Truly exceptional. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort.thank you for everything miss diskit dolma.. miss you 😊

Hotel Ladakh heaven is situated right in the centre of the old fort road, offers a pleasant 4* experience when you arrive at Leh. The rooms are spacious and very neatly maintained. Room service is prompt and very courteous. Breakfast and dinner which usually comes as a package offers a pleasant 3 course meal. We had room 208 which had a breathtaking mountain view. We had to leave by 5:15 am in the morning to catch return flight. we were provided with hot water as early as 4 am as well. Last but not the least I have to mention about hotel manager Diskit. She is an extremely courteous and helpful lady who goes above and beyond to make your travel a pleasent experience. Overall highly...

The camps are so good, leak proof, spacious. The hospitality of the people is just great. We are three adults and one kid. They have triple sharing tent with proper extra bed, which most of the tent owners in nubra failed to provide. Even after placing the extra bed, it is spacious and maintained clean. The buffet spread for dinner is best what we have experienced in entire Ladakh trip. It consist soup, chapati, biriyani, dal fry, paneer, egg masala & sweet dish.
