Restaurant was empty on a sunday afternoon during peak lunch hours. The food was mediocre. Service was specifically terrible. I ordered a Virgin Mojito worth 170/- expecting a freshly made mojito. When I received a syrup filled glass full, I proceeded to question and requested that it be returned. The manager went ahead to defend that all the virgin drinks are syrup based, although it is not written anywhere on the menu. He refused to refund. Food was tasteless. Salt was basically non-existent. When we requested that salt be added to the food, the manager went ahead and defended himself claiming that people eat less salt so he intentionally left it out. Not worth your money and time. Sorry, but the management really needs to learn customer service. I think it was empty...

Things I liked about this place Nice ambiance. Very good choice of songs. Nice food. The taste is top notch. Didn’t have to wait much for food. Have variety of food options and each tastes good. Very friendly owner. We are clicking groufies and the owner asked us if he can click and helped us to get a group picture. We dined here twice in a day and the restaurant also helped to order our dinner in advance. And they kept the restaurant open only for us even it was past their opening hours. We ordered chicken Hyderabadi biryani and white sauce pasta. Biryani was the worst biryani I ever had. Only dry chicken pieces which looked 2 days old and colored rice. Pasta was just ok although it had nothing apart from some vegetables, pasta and some cheese. No cream whatsoever. I am socked how this restaurant got good reviews.
