Good memories staying in this hotel will always lingers on my mind. We were a group of trekkers who have just completed our Chadar Trek. Staying in this hotel will definitely satisfied every soul. On that cold evening we checked-in into this hotel. We were greeted by this friendly and patient frontline staff named Md Musa who welcomed all guests (15 of us) with great attitude and smile. The room was really comfortable, spacious and clean. It has a good room facility appropriate for a family with children but for me the only things that really catches my eyes was the huge room heater that blend nicely with the interior. Ghosh… with that huge, it really made us sleep soundly during that cold winter. We had dinner at the hotel that night, thought they are understaffed (it seems like) but still they delivered that excellent customer service. My personal view Md Musa is a versatile staff, he severed guests at the frontline desk and he also rendered his serviced in the Dining Hall restaurant. Good job bhai .. will sure to take this as my second home if I were to come again to...
