The reception team—Dolma, Jacqueline, and Kushal—ensured a seamless check-in process and were always available to assist with any inquiries, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of traditional Ladakhi decor and modern amenities. Every detail was carefully considered to provide maximum comfort and relaxation.

The service staff, including Jigmet, Stanzin, and Nurboo, were exceptional. They were attentive, courteous, and made every meal an enjoyable experience with their impeccable service.

The Druk resort is a well known place to stay in the city centre. The view from the room is simply outstanding. The property and the garden is well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and mainly they have heaters in the rooms. Restaurant food is good. All staff is very friendly and co operative especially Mr Tashi. He made our stay most memorable, comfortable and relaxing. He went out of the way everytime we asked for any help or suggestions. Since we had visited the hotel on our honeymoon and I wanted to surprise my husband, I requested him to organise something special for us. Mr Tashi, even though it was a last minute notice, managed to arrange a fantastic private candle light dinner for us in the backyard of the hotel. HORRIBLE.Recently stayed at Druk for a day. Horrible experience. The time we entered, we had some or other service issue till we left. TV not working, Heater was leaking, Wash room sink leaking, Bath room sealing leakage filling the entire bath room - and some other issues kept us awake till 11 pm in night. Every now and then, some or other service member like Plumber, Electrician, etc were visiting till 11 pm. And this was the best suite in the hotel.The height was when we were checking out, the desk person was impolite. It took some time for us to get the Hotel Manager and register the complaint on his behavior. The waiters at the Restaurant had no sense of responsiveness and urgency. They were eyed on whatsapp and customers kept on self serving. The hotel staff did not bother to administer if the Restaurant staff was agile enough or not....
