The owners are extremely friendly and make you feel like part of their family. |The hotel is simple but very comfortable with everything you might need during your stay. The view from the court-garden is stunning while overlooking the royal palace.|The hotel is nice located in the back of the street so the rooms are very quiet. You are only a few minutes away from everything you need: atm, restaurants, royal palace, temples…|It was my favorite accommodation during my 2 weeks exploring India! A charming family-owned hotel with a courtyard overlooking the Orchha fort complex. Rooms are clean and the service is exceptional. The owner, Vinod and his son Laxmi, run the establishment with attentive care and kindness treating each guest like family. Eg. After checking out of my room, Laxmi allowed me to stay longer in the massage room until my night train schedule. Also a special thanks to Mukesh who works so hard to ensure guests stay comfortably.

We've stayed in many small hotels in India and this one had the best quality sheets we have experienced. It is clean and the staff take real pride in service and care. The hotel has undergone a lot of improvement over the past couple of years and is really excellent value for money.
