Anand Dham Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

We booked this villa for 3 nights to celebrate my daughter's second birthday. Firstly the owner Mr Harsh was highly approachable and was more than happy to clear all our doubts. He agreed and responded to all our requirements and got the things moving remotely through his caretaker.

Even though the property was away from the city centre, but trust me we never regretted. The location was peaceful with picturesque hills right in front of the villa. It was merely 5 mins drive to the Market area. Also there was a food Van located right outside the society which took care of our basic appetite. The caretaker provided us with items to help us cook for ourselves (we decided to cook, however, caretaker also provides food incl all three meals which is chargeable).

Kitchen was well equipped, living area boasted of huge TV (must be atleast 60 inches) and was very spacious and airy. We loved this space and spent most of the time either in the living room or the swimming pool deck. The swimming pool was of descent size and was very clean. Probably because the moment you enter it, caretaker would start the filtration plant which keeps it clean. Use of pool was not restricted to time, however, couldn't use it after 6 pm as the weather could get very cold here.

They even had a Barbeque lounge right next to the pool which could easily accommodate our family of 12. Posting pictures of how we utilised it. Caretaker got us the charcoal.

They had four bedrooms of descent size and were very well furnished. Must mention the quality of linen. They were new and super clean. Probably because the property is new. Hope the owner keeps replacing the linen regularly and maintain the property similarly in future as well.

Worth writing such...

Villa and swimming pool is very nice. Also owner of the villa is soft spoken but caretaker of the villa is very rude and unprofessional. Only thing we enjoyed was weather. Basic amenities were not available such as water purifier ( we had to order 10 liter water bottle) and this was not even communicated to us initially. We thought of getting the food done from caretaker initially but later we ordered food from outside as Caretaker were not ready to make food in bulk and that’s why they started ignoring us. We had to call them multiple times to clean the floor and they use to take their own time and this was also informed to owner but they never took any action. Also we asked caretaker’s wife to make tea but her response was she won’t make it but she will give us the necessary stuff to make tea on our own.. I mean that’s the basic thing we asked and we were also ready to pay for same. Suggestion for Owner- Please take control of your caretaker and ask them to show some hospitality and make sure all necessary things are available for family...

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BECAUSE THEY ARE CHARGING UNNECESSARY EXTRA CHARGES FOR EXTERNAL SPEAKER WHICH IS BASIC THINGS PROVIDING EVERY VILLA WHEN WE ASK FOR SPEAKER THEN CARETAKER SAY WE DONT HAVE IF YOU REQUIRED YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA Rs. 1500/- FOR THIS....WE REPLIED THAT THIS BASIC NECESSITY THINGS WHICH IS PROVIDING FREELY... THEN CARETAKER REPLIED "HAMARA SETH ZHIKZHIK MARI NHI PALTA TUM PEHLE BAAT KRNA CHAHIYE THA YAA APNE ALAG SPEAKER LANA CHAHIYE"

OWNER & CARETAKER JUST RUIN OUR TRIP.................

SECOND THEY SIMULTANEOUSLY CARING OUT THE DRAINAGE WORK.......... WHAT HELL?????

THEY DOES NOT MAINTAIN ANY CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP..........

IN HALL THEY EVEN DID NOT INSTALL ANY AC...... THE HALL CEILING COLOR WAS SO DIRTY & POOR...

ADVICE: -- BEFORE BOOKING THIS VILLA ASK FOR EACH EVERY THING IN DETAIL...... OTHER WISE THEIR CARETAKER SAY PEHLE PUCHNE KA..... "MERA SETH ZHIKZHIK MARI NHI PALTA"

THINK BEFORE BOOKING THIS VILLA... ITS WILL COST YOUR ENJOYMENT & HAPPINESS..................
