C1 Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

This villa is not worth visiting. They are fooling us by wide angle pictures. The villa is way smaller than pictures they showing. The pictures might have took on the day when the villa was inaugurated. Not satisfied with the service as well. The care taker was so rude. They haven’t maintained it properly. Please consider this before booking. There’s more villa’s in lonavala. Please go and check before giving ant advance payments. Me and my friends didn’t liked it at all. Inadequate infrastructure, tables and chairs in disrepair, and bedsheets that were far from clean. The washroom door on the second-floor room couldn't even lock properly. I advise future guests to be vigilant and capture images of any damaged items, as the management may attempt to deduct repair costs from your security deposit. Regrettably, they made such an attempt with ours. Furthermore, the RO system was non-functional due to sand accumulation, and water pooling was an issue on the kitchen slab. Don't go by the pictures uploaded on Social media. This place is a total mess. Unmaintained and unattended to. Broken toilets. No hot water. Tobacco spat over tiles. Greasy utensils and crockery. Unwashed linen. I could go on and the list wont end.
