Berry Fresh Stays Mahabaleshwar — Hotel in Maharashtra

I booked hotel for 1 night, it was my worse experience ever. I booked a bathtub room but that room was not available that time and almost 6days before i booked that room but on the location i got other room i complaint so they said they wil give me 300 discount on my room charges but they gave me only 120 rup discount... staf was quite good they maked a small yellow heart on bed because i didn't get correct room so i feel ok ok..tea was great but rooms are not good not as per images room was so small and roof was made with metal sheets hoal night there was raining and we was not able to sleep and place was too much noisy...rooms are not sound proof, 1 dog was barking all time...my husband got fever coz of less sleep... all time balcony doorenob was maked sound all time non stop coz of winds...before 7pm they closed kitchen they refused to make and they told to order from outside and they gave me contact no for food, they charge extra for delivery. hot water was not there. For almost for 1 hr i checked for hot water and after a hour lil bit warm water came maybe they have poor quality solar. generators was not in service. View was ok ok there was 1 construction side. Pool was so small like a small tank in back yard of house i think i spoil my own trip by booking this place i giving 2 stars only because of staff staf gave me disposable rain cover wile check out and hygiene level was ok bathroom and room was clean...literally i feels to cry because of all things...not suggest this place. We go to this place for peaceful 1 day coz of busy and hectic schedule but i was wrong. i feels like i drown my almost 7k for petrol,room ,food evry thing west of money and time i booked from agoda but really disappointing...

Disappointing Experience:

My friends and I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for 2 days, but our stay was marred by multiple issues.

The owner was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, even bringing goons and threatening us to vacate our rooms at 6 AM on the first day while using offensive and foul language. Throughout our stay, there was no electricity half the time, despite having a functioning generator, resulting in no 24 hours hot water as promised, and the WiFi was unreliable. The owner wouldn't pick up our calls throughout our stay. To add to the frustration, despite being promised free breakfast, we were charged for it upon leaving. Even though the checkout time was 11 am on the last day, the owner and his goons barged into our rooms at 10 am and demanded that we vacated the rooms in 5 mins. When we paid and left, they later phoned us and demanded payment again, claiming we hadn't settled the bill. This inconsistency and lack of basic hospitality standards made our stay unpleasant and highly regrettable.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service, disrespectful behavior of the owner, and the multiple issues we encountered...
