A family friend Idris, very strongly recommended Garden Ice Cream Restaurant, so we decided to have a meal and spend sometime in the property. The brothers Javed bhai and Azim bhai were so warm, friendly and hosted us as a family. It’s like we knew them both for a long time. The staff are very nice and helpful. The food is very good and though we ate the recommended, milkshakes, icecream with fruits and snacks, which were just amazing. Whenever I went to Panchgani, I would just pass by this place. However now we will keep going back and spend time and eat. It is the experience of sitting in a strawberry farm overlooking the mountains is worth the time spent. The brothers have their Strawberry and Mulberry farms close by and the next day , we went to buy the Best Strawberries picked in the morning from the farm. It seems the Nabia strawberry is juicy, sweet and literally melts in the mouth. We had never eaten this variety, which Azim and Javed bhai , said was the best. Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Firstly we were asked to sit on a heightens place where none of the table were clean..I had to personally come down and asked the person to get it cleaned..once it cleaned it was good for nothing..all the dirt were dropped on chair then we decided to sit to another place. Now when we asked for menu a person gave us veg menu when asked for non veg menu same person said plz change to some other place. When we finally sat on third place the person gave us so attitude as if he is doing charity by giving us food. There was a lot of noise at restaurant so when we asked for medium spicy options this person said I can hear properly don't shout rudely. We said ok fine please repeat the order what we placed then this guy said should I speak loudly like you were saying. This was the last straw to break the camels back and we left the restaurant.
