We stayed in this resort on 13th July 2019 out of emergency as our previous bungalow stay got cancelled. It was our worst experience ever. They do not have proper amenities at the resort. It is falsely mentioned that the resort has private pool. The bungalow is divided into 4 part and it is given to 4 different groups at a time. There is no privacy and fun element in the stay over here. The pool is shared by the people staying in all 4 parts, regardless they are from same group or different. The site of the bungalow is slightly outside of the city and there are not much options for food. The bungalow owner is taking advantage of it and charging you with high rate e.g If you are buying 1kg of chicken biryani from outside food stall then it will cost you Rs. 600 per kg whereas the same 1kg chicken biryani when ordered from hotel it will cost you Rs. 1100. A poha or Upma plate will cost you Rs. 170 each. A Thali will cost you Rs. 450. The hotel even doesn't provide water to drink. When ask for glasses to drink water, they stated it will cost you and that too for plastic glasses(We bought bisleri bottles from market). They also do not provide plates for food when you order food from outside of the hotel. There was a delay from our end during checkout since are return pick up vehicle got stucked in traffic from Mumbai. We willingly went to the owner to extend our checkout time since we were having females and child with us by paying some nominal amount, but owner proposed Rs. 1000 for one hour. (We had already paid Rs. 20000 per night for 2bhk bungalow) . The bungalow is not at quality. The inner structure of the bungalow seems to be a scene set of horror movie. The owner is rude and arrogant. There is cost for everything. The owner is just exploiting customer's money with no interest in providing a quality stay for people. We would not recommend this property to anyone. This property is not worth of 1 star and not more Rs. 8000 per stay. Worst property in Lonavala .. We wasted our Rs. 20000 on such...
