Such an horrible experience in my entire life haven't seen such disgusting unprofessional fellow the Receptionist was so worst that he didn't even bother to wake up and talk to us he was literally sleeping putting blanket on his head . We have booked room for 5 where he was saying they were no room available. I was travelling with my team from Hyderabad to Pune so we book for the ticket online where we have book for 5 but he was saying he is no room available he was just simply sleeping putting blanket on his head and was lease bother about us .
