A Culinary Gem: Aasal Amravati MH27 in Wakad, Pune Stepping into Aasal Amravati MH27 in Wakad, Pune, was an absolute delight, transporting my taste buds straight to the heart of Amravati, Maharashtra. This restaurant truly lives up to its promise of delivering an authentic native food experience, making it a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Maharashtrian flavors in Pune. From the moment I perused the menu, it was clear that this place takes pride in its regional specialties. I started with the Geela Bada, a unique and incredibly flavorful fritter that was perfectly spiced and offered a comforting warmth. Next up was the Sambhar Vadi, a revelation! Its savory filling and delicate texture made it an instant favorite, showcasing the intricate flavors of Amravati cuisine. The Kachori Chat was another standout; a vibrant explosion of tangy, sweet, and spicy notes, it perfectly captured the essence of Indian street food with a distinct local twist. The culinary journey continued with the Samosa Chat, which was equally impressive, offering a delightful combination of textures and well-balanced spices. And let's not forget the Moong Bhaje, light and crispy fritters that were simply addictive. I visited this from hinjewadi specially by hearing about this hotel.... had mixed reviews either about your hotel... took parcel ... Good things: Packaging is very good Onion is pure and freshly cut Curry taste is good and as expected Seems seating arrangement is quite good.
Bad things you may keep eye on it or may be improve:: Chicken is stored one clear smell of rotten and fridge stored chicken, i took it for kids specially but nobody ate even single piece. Not even cooked well less cooked. Lemon is more ripened too much and sticky, it was best if you avoid giving it inspite of spoiling onion by mixing in packaging. If paying price more than other restaurant should expect better than others.. Quantity seems little less. But that may be your decided one i dont have major issue if chicken was freshly cooked. My be this was ignored then. 4.car parking issue, if we bring family to this place.
This is genuine review as i will also been part of...
