Hotel O by OYO Star Light — Hotel in Maharashtra

It was a very bad experience, the owner and manager treated us very badly, we booked a classic room online and they gave us a very dirty room, we changed the room but they charged us extra which the second room was also classic, and we told them you can't charge extra, so leave the room at 11:30 pm and book another room, they said, we checked in at 1 pm and after checking in the light went out 3 times in 3 hours. The AC is really bad, even though it was on all day the room didn't cool down, there are cobwebs and a lot of dust in all the rooms, very bad experience, not safe for couples at all, all the 5 star reviews are...

No proper rooms clean but not that clean to be true also no room has proper equipment as listed not worth putting money you can get a better hotel in this amount there are problem everywhere and the staff has no reasoning...
