I will not recommend this hotel for family 🛑. Rooms are okay okay. Bed and Linen okay okay. It's same as Treebo Emerald Village. Same property with different names on Treebo and Fab. Congested rooms. AC wasn't working. They moved us to different room. Most of the time Diesel generator was on adding to noise and smell. Something is wrong for sure. Not sure how they managed 4.8 review rating....

Had booked Deluxe room for 3 nights as son's chess tournament was in MIT College of Engineering, which is just 2.5 km away from hotel.

Had a relaxing trip, clean A/c room, good breakfast, nice caring staff. Will always book in this hotel in future...
