Bakwas hotel and which is also tied up to oyo just to get customers come to their location and later they demand for extra money stating , room was booked in less amount and they cannot offer rooms for the same price. No clean bedspread, no clean toilet, had to keep calling them multiple times to come and clean and they dint even care. AND OYO IS GUESS JUST SNATCHING MONEY FROM PEOPLE TO GET THEIR COMMISSION DIRECTLY FROM CX AND ASK THEM TO PAY BOOKING AMOUNT AND THEY DONT KNOW THE PROPERTY PEOPLE ARE EVEN MORE SMARTER THAN OYO BCZ THEY DONT ACCEPT AND ASK CX TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AND PAY AT HOTEL AT THE DEMANDED PRICE. I highly disappointed with the behaviour of owner. At first they declined to provide simple slippers. they said we don't have as earlier guest had might taken away. Second one is hilarious as they charge 300 for just room key which was broken by mistake. We are okay to give key charges which is roughly 60-80 rupees. But room owner was very greedy. First I booked it online got a confirmation. After 2 two days they sent a msg saying my booking is Cancled. They said those rates are not available.

They gave me new higher rates. I said ok I will book it. I even confined that I want a Ac room to which they confirmed yes over a what's app msg. I went ahead and booked it.

After I reach the hotel. I land up with a non ac room.

They said at the point of checkin that they don't keep a rooms.

They are not running a hotel. It's a scam.
