Hotel Kiyara — Hotel in Maharashtra

Rooms are okay. At least, the 2 rooms which I saw were not bad, quite honestly. As far as the rooms and bathrooms are concerned I don't have many complains. 2 Rooms because the sheets on the beds have stains from the previous guests. The staff over at the hotel definitely claim that they wash it but as the stains are tough to get rid of, the faint shade of stains are left on the sheets. I believe the staff over there, as far as the STAINS are concerned. As far as the location goes, the place could be really convenient for the people who come for Sri Mahalaxmi Devi Mandir and more. I genuinely am writing this review because of the Service and Hotel Staff there. I honestly am not a big fan of staff there. I was there for 2 nights & the very night I arrived I requested for the laundry service And it was unavailable. So I asked the next day so they said it would be done tomorrow around 12 PM. And I had a train catch around 8 AM. Its like they didn't want to provide the laundry service at all. I guess, the topic of laundry would be a mark of question. Because ultimately it would be my word against theirs. So cant really put a finger on it! But definitely the MANAGER over there doesn't have the skills or qualify as a professional to deal with the guest arriving at the hotel. I feel he could be more considerate and have the quality of making the guests feel that the Hospitality of the place is not bad! I wanted to rate it a bit more lower but for some reasons I am not doing so.

One more thing, if you are seeking some good rest and looking for some peaceful rest/sleep. Let me WARN you, even with the doors shut you can hear other guest SHUTTING the door! its too loud. I woke up around 1-2 AM because of it. Its a strong 3...

We had checked in the hotel at 12 noon subsequently we had gone out and left the keys in the reception. When we returned at 5.30pm the hotel staff at the reception had refused to give the room keys stating that you have not checked in and also there is no such entry in the books. We were shocked and after repeated arguements and showing proof we were given the keys.

The rooms are cleanly maintained and Some staffs are ok, but some staffs are hopeless. It is very dangerous to stay overnight. Keys of all rooms are similar due to which the staff of hotel can access any room at any time. We had a bad experience of staff using room no. 102 and opened our room no. 103 in midnight which shocked us and we caught the staff red handed. The next day the manager is giving different story that the staff had taken master key and he said sorry to us which is not acceptable. We futher suggested that none of the rooms have tower bolt and told to fix the same so that no one can enter the rooms...

Booked deluxe room non ac charged 2000 and 500 for extra bed with thin gadi not comfortable. 300 extra for AC. Rooms are very clean. Little chaos because it's located on main road... staff is very supportive also TV channels in room are limited. Don't know uncle name but he is with specs he is really good polite and helpful person. Hotel near rankala bus stop this is old city so not much good dinner. Just FYI Famous misal pao closes at 2 pm. All auto runs on meter if he says no then change the auto rikshaw.

Devangiri Loni dosa and Raju bhai bhel is must it's near temple 10 min walk. Rankala talav is good for boating but...
