Worst Experience Ever

I bought balushahi from this bakery to gift my relatives. The very next day, I got a call from them saying the sweets were smelling bad and asking if they should eat them or throw them away. It was extremely embarrassing and the worst decision to buy from here.

When I confronted the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he casually said they didn’t even make the sweets themselves but brought them from another vendor. This shows their complete lack of accountability.
