The attitude of the service staff is extremely rude and incompassionate. They literally have ZERO RESPECT. They seemed to be only concerened with their salaries or are paid too less to give a damn. The attitude is simply like "work and get lost", it seems they would rather stay idle and with less customers than work hard and give a proper restaurant level treatment. In restaurant industry, one isn't only selling some packets of food, they're providing a dine -in service which requires handling of consumers with proper respect, understanding and providing a sense of comfort through food. There is major barrier of language as there is lack of fluency of Hindi or Marathi or English. Their Bengali language is sweet but they have a horrible attitude and are super Lazy. Passing on a menu card takes as long as 10mins. The menu is very interesting, range is affordable, however the dishes are not at all balanced in terms of flavour. Either it is too sour, too sweet, and the extra spicy pizzas also has a tangible sweetness to it. The garlic bread was horrendous. The pizza crust was burnt which they refused to admit. Last time when we ordered a pizza that is supposed to have multiple toppings came with majority of large sized mushroom and tiny shredded bits peppers, sundried tomatoes and jalapeños which were hardly visible and knocked off the balance of the pizza completely. Pizza toppings are always messed up is one general complaint, yet they do nothing to improve. The pink sauce pasta was sour and not at all balanced. We got a refund for it but that's NOT what one expects while going out to dine-in. One expects a relishing and fulfilling meal, not a refund and hungry tummy. Refunds may make a consumer come back once again, but this was the second time I came to only decide and never visit again because of two back to back horrible experiences. Also, the ketchup on the table had crossed its expiry date, which puts a question mark on the hygiene and safety standards being followed. The mosquitoes are quite irritating, ruining the dine in experience. The beautiful two chairs sitting there in a corner, are always reserved, what is the point of it? Acc to management, it is for very important people, meaning not the customers(unimportant, right?) visiting the place, laughable. This place overall has a very off vibe. With such an interesting menu, light hearted ambience, the possibilities are so good, wish it improves...
Read moreGood for date, couple corners, family & friends, kids friendly too. To visit this Italian cafe is different level of story, little funny, little awkward. One day at 11:30 we done with our dinner and came down to do some walk to digest our heavy meal. We all are in homely dress and every time whenever we see this cafe, was planning are kabhi to bhi jana hai yaha.
And all sudden surprisedly our building helper came out from cafe and he saw us and nicely asked aur sir madam khana ho gai, while talking with him the food aroma attracted us and we finally make our mind to visit even with fully packed stomach.
We even not had inches of space to eat anything but in show offs we ordered 3-4 items. And when we ate that the taste was really amazing.
Not authentic Italian but desi Italian. Yummy Cold Coffee and brownie with ice cream. Pitta breads with hummus, brownie Sunday is really good in taste. We looked so funny but we had great fun there. Good ambience, classic atmosphere. Small, packed in busy day & time. Nice locality and enough open...
Read moreBuon Cibo is a hidden gem for Italian food lovers! This cozy little café serves some of the best Italian dishes in the area. The flavors are authentic, the pasta is absolutely delicious, and they even let you customize it to your liking — a huge plus! The salads deserve a special mention — fresh, well-balanced, and generously portioned.
The service is impressively quick and friendly, and the place is always clean and neatly maintained. The washrooms are spotless, which is always appreciated.
The only slight downside is the seating: while the ambiance is warm and cozy, the tables are on the smaller side. If you’re ordering multiple dishes, things can get a bit crowded. Also, there’s no dedicated parking, so you’ll need to find a spot on the street — but honestly, it’s worth the minor hassle.
Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for a great Italian meal in a relaxed and...
