The Majestic Banquet Hall And Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I visited Majestic Restaurant at Akurdi on what was supposed to be a special occasion—my birthday celebration with my elder parents, kids, and sisters. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor service and management.

We waited over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Out of three soups we ordered, only one was served after a half-hour delay, and even that was not in good condition. We then waited for more than an hour without receiving our main orders. Despite our repeated requests and waiting, our food never arrived.

Eventually, we decided to leave and asked the waiter to bring the bill. To our surprise, no one came to attend to us. It was only when we were in the parking lot that the waiter came to ask for the bill. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that the staff was in town and that service couldn't be provided. I fail to understand how they allow customers inside if they are unable to serve them properly.

This experience was not just about the inconvenience or the money spent; it was about missing a special occasion due to the restaurant's ridiculous service standards. Such an experience is truly disappointing and unprofessional.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service, as no customer should go through...

It was my first visit to the restaurant and I was extremely pleased with the space, ambience and food. The premises include A/c seating arrangement, non A/c seating arrangement, open lawn and even huts with privacy. It is very spacious. The service is good and prompt. One can arrange parties and functions as there is an indoor arrangement too. Attached to the indoors is the open lawn which is strategically designed to accommodate more guests. It's suitable to host parties for around 200 people. There is a play area for children which my 3 year old son enjoyed a lot. Cuisine includes veg and nonveg with bar menu. Food quality and quantity is good. although the price is comparatively higher , but still reasonable. Parking space is little compact but the vehicles can be parked around as the internal roads are not very busy. The location is a real surprise as it in little on the inside from the main road and walkins might not even realize it's existence unless prompted through word of mouth or some digital help. The place is good considering it as one of the largest restaurants in terms of seating, in and around the vicinity. It's a must visit place for the people in PCMC and others too. I am sure my next visit will have additional comments to this...

The first impression you get on arriving at the restaurant is wow!!!,wat an ambience.The lighting,big screen,out door dining and tent area are all very eye catchy,so is the indoor area for those who prefer a bit of privacy. We chose the tent area for dining and has to say not very impressed as the overall view. The staff is overall good,but even the head waiters are not clear on the menus and dishes to suggest with .We were very disappointed with all the starters even after clearly asking multiple times abt the taste.And clearly the shortage of staffs was seen,as they wer in a hurry to attend as many customers possible rather than providing enough support and time and pace for us. The overall ambience totally destroys the impression on entering the toilets which are very poorly maintained for such a large restaurant and the space allocated is also small. The main course food taste is average and not bad but starters veg and non veg was a disappointment.
