Worst Hotel Service by Cancelling advance booking done by us on 3 Feb to stay at Shirdi on 18 to 20 April 2019. We reached Shirdi on 18th April 2019 morning and were shocked to hear a rude denial of our rooms by the reception incharge just because the hotel had a marriage and wanted to earn from cancelling our advance bookings done. Reception incharge was also not bothered and just informed us to call OYO and not to deal with them. I called OYO customer care 3 times to get a solution and they just mentioned to move to alternate property "OYO 16510 Geetanjali Regency" which I had to agree with no options as I had 2 elderly parents and kid as well who were really tired from journey and we also had to get ready and rush for Shirdi Dharshan which we booked through online. The rates for hotel also differs but no solution on that. This hotel does not have any respect for advance bookings done. Would have given 0 ratings if available. I would give a complaint with consumer forum as well for their denial to give room for customer who had a confirmed bookings in advance. I will never ever recommend this...

Read moreHotel was Good. The staff was polite & solved whatever issues we had. The rooms had sufficient space and storage for stuff, bed & linen was clean , seperate toilet & bathroom which I think is better than the usual combined ones hotels generally have. There are ample restaurants nearby so no worries of food. The Mahabhojan Thali is a must have. One can get any auto or sharing vehicle in front of the hotel to visit places. They also have ATMs in their premise. This is One of the better OYO's in term of room quality, cleanliness & service. Parking is available. Shri Sai Baba temple is just 1km from here so you can either walk, or hire an auto for 10rs per head. One can visit this hotel with family. Only issues - The toilet didn't had any flush system & that's why 4 stars... otherwise would've given 5 stars . They must improve here. Room service was slow if one orders...
