Hotel The Leaf — Hotel in Maharashtra

I shall be very truthful. So, if you like this situation; when you are tired of travelling, and have an advanced booking at a hotel, n you reach there, they tell you there are no rooms, then you are going to love this hotel. Additionally, the manager tells u to walk to a hotel nearby, which by the way is the most horrible hotel one could go to, where ...

. the bell boy to take to to somebody else's room, telling it your room. . u are greeted by horrible, mourdrer faced guys. . You have a staff member drunk, n lying in your bed when u arrive at your room. .when u go to the manager of that particular hotel, u are being shouted upon by the manager of Hotel The Leaf, who makes u vacate the place in the middle of the night.

Also, the manager of Hotel The Leaf has no idea how to talk to women. At first and second stay, we liked the guy, so we booked the hotel again .. but it was horrible at 3rd and 4th time. We told this guy that we had to catch a train at around 2am, that is past the middle of the night, and we told him, that we'll leave the hotel at around 12.30am. What this guy did, he made me and my mom leave the hotel telling us to hurry n leave the hotel because he had other bookings, n those people arrived, at 10pm .. can u believe it? The next time we went there, hotel was booked in advanced just a day back, and upon reaching, the manager tells us that he has no rooms, and that all the rooms were occupied since last 4-5 days. And made us walk upto Hotel Varsha Inn, saying that it was his hotel, and when we didnt want to stay there, he yelled at me n my mother, and made us vacate the hotel at night around 9-10pm, telling us, 'go and see who gives you rooms'. The manager is the worst guy, the other staff is way better than him .. i think the manager should be fired, else this hotel wouldnt last long.

I was deceived by the photos of the rooms while in reality the rooms are very shabby although spacious. The windows and frames haven't been cleaned in ages. There is no provision for hot water except in the morning. The doors don’t have keys but there's autolock. When asked they gave a lame excuse saying the keys were taken away by the previous guests. You have to leave your room and belongings at their mercy when you go out and to let you back into the room they cut off the power to the autolock which disables it and then the door opens. The management has been very irresponsible with the maintenance however the staff were very helpful...

Had comfort stay at Executive Suite with my family . The rooms were neat and clean and ok for an room size . The food can be ordered in room from their restaurant named Siddhi which is good but with only Veg . U can order ur own preference from food delivery app .||The property is located in MGM road in town centre so commuting , transport , shopping , restaurant are all available nearby .||Service needs little improvement and also 24 hrs hot water shower option rest everything seems fine and comfort for a good deal .||Moreover the hotel name is ‘Hotel The Leaf ‘ ..
