Basic decency of how to handle guests is missing. Me and my husband are staying here for one day. After having a long day of travelling via road we were looking to relax. While checking-in I provided both of our driving license as Id proofs. We are married for 6 years now, and have been frequently traveling since then. I donot carry marriage certificate and I didn't have photos from our marriage on my phone. In these 6 years of so much travel, have never encountered a situation where these kind of proofs were asked. I booked the hotel from make my trip, if these proofs were so important to them, they should have made it a mandatory checkbox before the payment page, carry these proofs else you won't be allowed, otherwise nobody reads all this theory on the booking page. Anyways, seeing that i didn't have these proofs at the time of checkin, they could have politely suggested alternatives, instead their behavior towards me was insulting. One girl said, photos to sabke phone me hoti h shadi ki... Apke phone me kaise nahi h.. I felt being investigated for no apparent fault of mine. With this insinuating behaviour from their end, I also lost interest in proving anything to them. Even Indian constitution treats you innocent until proven guilty, and here I am paying them to insult me. Learn some decency, there can be fair possibility of genuine cases. You cannot treat...
Read moreWe stayed here for a night and found it overpriced for the quality offered. Though it’s advertised as a 3-star hotel, the experience didn’t match the claim. The moment we entered, the hallways had a strong smell of smoke and alcohol—something that proper ventilation or exhausts could have easily addressed.
The bathroom lacked even the most basic amenities—no hand towel, tissue paper, shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste. Even the hand wash and shower gel were indistinguishable. A simple pre-check by the staff could have resolved these oversights. The television didn’t work either, but we didn’t bother raising it as we were here only for a night due to a last-minute cancellation at another hotel and had brought our own toiletries.
We also found the swimming pool to be under renovation, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. The restaurant feels completely disconnected from the hotel in terms of upkeep—it looks run-down and had a faint, unpleasant smell of pesticide. The breakfast was below average, with cold and basic items served from the get-go.
Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place at its current price point or for stays longer than a night. The only upside is its accessibility, which was convenient for our needs and the lady at the reception was kind and accommodating, graciously offering us a...
Read moreReview is about Hotel Atithi- Diamond Hall not dine-in - Perfect but costly place for large functions like wedding etc.
Location - On Aurangabad Jalna road just at the end of 7- hill bridge..if you are coming from cidco side, you need to take u-turn from 7-hill.
There are 3-4 wedding hall at same place.. Diamond Hall is at ground floor and has entry from road side..
Fully AC hall attached with large buffet hall. Please find photos of hall attached.
Lot of parking space for vehicles..3 floors of parking inside premises..
Enough seating space for around 500 people in this hall .
Stage is bit small compared to others but should be enough..
There is stage side room for host's belongings..
Only issue is that rooms are at far distance from hall and even at higer floors like 2-3 with no lifts so might be tiring to go up down multiple times which is generally required for weddings ..
catering order was from another vendor, so not sure of...
