IRA by Orchid Hotels Aurangabad Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar — Hotel in Maharashtra

I recently had the opportunity to stay at IRA by Orchid Sambhajinagar Aurangabad for four days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable.

The food was good, although the menu was somewhat limited. While I appreciate the quality of the dishes offered, a broader selection would enhance the dining experience. One notable downside was the parking situation; it felt inadequate for a property of this caliber.

A point of contention arose regarding the hotel's policy on outside food. During my stay, I ordered Starbucks coffee, as the hotel only offered instant coffee on their menu. Unfortunately, this one particular reception manager, who also seems a bit unwelcoming was quite insistent that outside food was not allowed, despite my previous experiences at other 4star+ hotels where coffee is not considered outside food. This seemed a bit rigid, especially for a new property that might still be adjusting its policies.

Despite this hiccup, I believe IRA by Orchid has great potential. With a few adjustments, particularly in staff training regarding food policies and improving parking facilities, it could become an even more appealing destination. I would recommend this hotel for its hospitality and comfort, but with the caveat that guests should be prepared for some...

Additionally, the service is excellent, with a courteous and attentive staff that is always ready to assist.||||However, there is one peculiar issue that caused some inconvenience during my stay. The washroom is equipped with a motion sensor that controls the power, including the lights and the exhaust fan. While this is likely an energy-saving feature, it trips off suddenly if you remain still for more than a few moments. A Very Disappointing Experience – IRA by Orchid

Today, we visited IRA by Orchid to celebrate our marriage anniversary, hoping for a pleasant and memorable evening. Unfortunately, it turned into a deeply disappointing experience.

While we were having dinner, our 3-year-old child suddenly vomited. We immediately requested the waiter to help with cleaning. To our shock, we were told that we would have to clean it ourselves, as there was no housekeeping or cleaning staff available.

We do not feel ashamed of cleaning up after our own child — as parents, we understand our responsibility. However, hearing such a response at a reputed and premium place like IRA by Orchid was truly disheartening.

A place of this standard should maintain basic hygiene protocols and have proper support staff to handle such situations. We came with joy to celebrate a special day but left with sadness and disappointment.
