Nishant Park Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

On 10 March 2024, I went to Nishant park for dinner and birthday celebration and the experience was just heart breaking. We reached around 10pm and asked the Manager to give us a table for 5 people and he showed us a table which will be available in 10min and we can wait. Around 15min of waiting we saw food being served at the table and the waiter said the table food is just started to be served and might take more than half hour. After hearing this we again called the manager and asked him why he lied to us for the table getting available and wasted our time and we could have gone some other place. Somehow, after waiting for more than half hour we got other table. Next we ordered starters which were fine in taste but the actual blunder happened when we ordered main course. One of my friend asked for 'Bajri Bhakar' along with sabji and the waiter brought stale 'Bhakar' which we could bang on the table and sounded like metal to metal bang. The other Bhakar was completely burnt from back and the cook tried to removed the bad part and hence the 'Bhakar' had one side broken and torn. We had a argument with the Manager and they should have simply asked us to order something else if the item was not available instead of serving us the leftover.

We have to search ourselves unreserved seat by asking at each table. No coordination among staff. After getting a table, staff was so busy and took time to reach us.

Park have very limited items in veg and veg non veg is menu is mix. Pure vegetarian have to order and eat carefully. Post ordering 45 mins taken to serve it. Waiter have served us tandur roti when we ordered chapatis. Sabji is too oily and very much spicey. We were getting suffocated as mosquitoes killer coil is burnt post we complain of mosquitoes bite.

Rates are already 25 to 30 percent markup as compared to other restaurants in city. Hotel is on death road (beed by pass) which is out of city. Hotel is most suitable for truck drivers.

Then we asked for bill and waiter is asked us to come and take ur bill. He refused to provide bill on table saying long waiting customers. He treated us like he has done some charity. Please improve your food quality and management skills. Waiters are too rude and missing the orders also. Timely we did remind them about orders. For eg. 1.Forget paneer kantakki starter, when we realised that is missing on table, they replied you have lot of food on table so kantakki will be extra... Which is not there concern. We placed order for full jeera rice, waiter brought half plate.... Again we called out that When manager told us we will get fresh bhakari, waiter served us tandoori roti and told us that material not available for bhakari.... again we called out that mistake then we got bhakari.
