Imagine this, you go to kfc and they took more than 45 minutes to serve your order when we were the only customers sitting there, there were no other customers. Even after repeated follow up, staff were covering up their failure by saying "2 minutes sir" and delayed the order by 45 minutes. At one point we were at the stage of yelling.
