We were looking for best place to enjoy my birthday near Mumbai. Initially we were sceptical about booking this property as it is big on pocket. But after experiencing the facilities and royal treatment we have extended our stay for next 2 days.As per our experience it should be the No.1 best value property. Though we have stayed for 4days,we felt we have not done justice to the property. As soon as we entered the place the hospitality over there took us to the new world. In terms of Architecture and design everything has been formulated so carefully at its best by their CMD Mr.Jimmy Mistry with personal touch. Really amazed by the way his vision and values are accomplished. Excellent property management. During our stay we have seen staff cleaning from carpets to the camp della canopies with hands in rain. Hats off to their house keeping staff. Rooms are very spacious elevating the beauty of black and white interiors with all luxury amenities including Jacuzzi installed in all resort types we stayed.The spellbinding views from our camp della room were so captivating, one could just sit in the gallery and lost in the beauty of nature. Every single staff works with full dedication and love for their job.Right from Security to the driver to the HK to the Manager, the services that are offered by each one of them is impeccable in their own way. Particularly the warm hospitality with small surprises by Mr.Anil, Mr.Kedar from camp della, Mr.Avinash from Cafe24 and many other whose names we could not recollect created lasting memory. Enjoyed awesome food from their inhouse dining Cafe 24 including delicious complementary breakfast.We could not explore adventure park and spa much as we wanted to spend quality time with the nature especially at Camp della deck area. They have taken best safety precautions even for small activity like cycling. Just small suggestion for improvement is to have first aid kit with counter top medicine like pain killer / pain relievers for emergency based on feasibility and norms. Thanks to the entire TEAM DELLA for making our stay special with life time memories.

Our special thanks to Mr. Poras Khambatta, Sales Executive, for always promptly assisting us with our reservations. We stayed at Della Cottages over the New Year break. Despite the holiday rush the check-in & check-out process was smooth. The Della staff is cheerful & extremely pleasant.The property is amazing & extremely well maintained. The adventure park, with the plus point of ❤dog walking is a day well spent. The cottages are comfortable......waking up to the valley views is every city girl's dream & the sunsets ease your soul. The breakfast @Cafe24 has an amazing spread & has good options-with make to order eggs & dosa counter. The restaurant staff is courteous & the room service prompt. This has been our second stay at Della & we will keep going back. We were spoilt for choice for the New Year's dinner spread...it was gr8👍...just wished the DJ could have spun some international numbers...the music was entirely Bollywood centric....Also, wish they had an option for requesting for room heaters. The temperature dipped to 14°c the night of the 1st, and despite 3 blankets under, the valley left us shivering...Also, the food @Parsi Dhaba is divine...a big thank you to their Chef & the staff. Thank you to the entire Della team, including the car shuttle staff for a wonderful stay. We wish the amazing Della team a super 2020🌟

It's one of the best property in Lonavala. It's located in mountain which is inside the Della resorts. There is a transport service inside resort which take you there. Rooms are made like a camp with wooden flooring and camp like structure but inside of these rooms are similar to a 5 star room. There is a small balcony which overlooks the mountains. At night you will hear wind and insects. Feeling of staying in these camps is a bliss. If you are on honeymoon this place is perfect with service on your doorstep and privacy like you are staying in Jungle.
