A beautiful 5 star property, one must experience visiting and staying at this place. One glaring observation. I have visited many 5 star hotels and properties but nowhere I have seen hospitality even at the lower ranks of the organisation viz the safaiwalas, the watchman, the electrician etc, they greet you with a smile be it in the morning or any hour of the day. 1. The stay: had the experience of their Luxury villa and Suite! They upgraded us to a Suite as they couldn't satisfy us with a garden facing Villa!! How sweet of them! It was our Wedding Anniversary - 38th!❤️. It was a great memorable stay. 2. The landscapes : Well maintained and beautiful. Right from the entry point to every nook and crany, it's just awesome! +During night hours the whole place transforms into a romantic zone with intricate and artistic lighting's. Take a walk at night. 3. The eateries: You have a choice- A Parsi outlet, Italian, Fast Food joints, Cafe 24( I recommend), At Cafe 24 you have your normal well spread breakfast. Their service is extremely excellent. Special word of praise to Mr. Patil, who is there for you for his special advice. 4. Adventure: As we were 60+ we couldn't partake in many of their options still we did quite a bit to satisfy our inner childlike wants!! So you see there is no age bar to get what you want!! 5. Kennels: Must mention this. They have number of lovely trained dogs- Labrador, Mastiff, St. Bernard, German Shepherd, Doberman, Great Dane, Silky Cindy, Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, etc. You can take them for a walk. They are so lovable and trained gives the calmness ones they are close to you. 5. Housekeeping: Absolutely professional. The rooms were kept prim and prom and aromatic. The items are always replenished so never once we reminded them. Even the bath area. Perfect. 6. The Linens: Spot on. Always clean and tidy. No room for complaints. 7. Staff: As I mentioned earlier their staff is well trained. Greetings throughout the day whatever may be the time. Though there's is always a gem which stands out from the rest. That gem is Ms. Prachiti A. She is very young but knows the art of keeping a hassled (us) calm and peaceful. As we were not getting a Garden view Villa(though booked 1.5 months earlier and half day already gone by she went out of the way to upgrade us to a suite!!! That was a great effort on her part and we shall always cherish it. Thanks Prachiti. I think the management should compliment such employees who have a tough time with both but with a view of keeping the clients feathers unruffled she takes the cake. Lastly, we always recommend this Della property a must visit in your bucket list!!

First things first! A JUMBO PASS is completely worth if you're coming here for the sake of adventures (for a day's time). It will include all the rides and adventures you might wanna experience rather than buying a DAY PASS and then gaining just limited access to normal activities and end up paying more for doing the actually better ones. MUST DO ACTIVITIES: 1. Swoop 2. ATV, Buggy and Dirt Bike 3. Land Zorbing & Zorb Football* *Land Zorbing needs you to be under 90 kgs. 4. Flying Fox (India's highest @ 1,250 metres) 5. Rocket Launcher 6. Cycling (on the wire) 7. Paintball 8. Rifle Shooting Don't consume a very heavy breakfast before entering the park because you will have to then wait for the correct time you can start taking part in the activities. If you're a dog lover, you can also take any of the 20 (approx) different breeds of dogs available, for a walk in the whole park. I loved this one. Also, you can ride on a horse, ride bicycles and other such vehicles. They have a lot of restaurants to choose from. North Indian, Multi Cuisine, Italian, Fine Dine, Sports Bar (serves beers and finger foods). You can beat the heat by enjoying various indoor games in the Sports Bar and have some food. The food is not included in any of the passes. Also, these restaurants are a bit expensive and might go upto ₹650/person and more. Only one person is permitted to exit the park to get any belongings left behind in your vehicle parked in the parking. Do carry an extra pair of clothes as the one you have worn while doing the activities might get muddy during ATV & buggy rides and also tend to get sweaty after the whole day of performing activities. All this will be best enjoyed if there's not much rush and queues for the activities. I was fortunate enough to have experienced the less crowd. 1. They could have made a better parking ground for vehicles. The one available is quite disappointing and doesn't even have any lights for your vehicles to be visible as it gets darker in the evening. 2. Cafe 24 took a lot of time to cook food and we almost lost like extra 40 mins over there, where instead we could have either rested or did some other activities. The washroom at this restaurant is very very unique 😝 Overall, it's a nice experience for people from Mumbai and Pune to have a day's outing here with family or friends.

Della is the one pet friendly place which is also gorgeous. They are not pet tolerant but actually love pets. The games and facilities are lovely. We especially enjoyed the water games and the children loved the 9D film and the obstacle course. We do feel the horses are made to work from morning till night giving people rides and that's not fair to them. Same for the dogs... The caged situation isn't very pleasant to look at. The food is quite good everywhere. The 4bhk villa is a misnomer because there is no 'k' only 4 bedrooms and a hall so that was a bit strange but overall we didn't really miss a kitchen room much because there were kettles etc in every room. The house keeping staff is also excellent. Cafe 24 breakfast staff was outstanding and we enjoyed our breakfasts everyday. The staff is hospitable and kind. But public holidays + corporate events make the place extra crowded and the staff is getting yelled at all the time by guests and overall it's not very pleasant and the service becomes slow due to this. I wish on public holidays they didn't have several parallel corporate events going on along with the regular walk in crowds. The check in and check out experience is highly unpleasant due to the lack of space and the crowds checking in checking out... It is tedious, tiring and there is never any place to sit or be comfortable and it is against everything else the place stands for. It really is a problem that could be addressed Otherwise, on off peak days, we highly recommend. For such high spends one doesn't usually expect to encounter such crushing crowds everywhere... Even on top of the obstacle course poles... That was a bit unexpected The children loved it. They couldn't do everything they wanted because the queues were so long everywhere and time ran out. The stuff they did manage to do, they thoroughly enjoyed.

Indeed a nice concept with luxurious rooms and an adventure park . On our entry in the hotel a reception staff walks in with a couple to show us the room with a master key and we were sleeping . That was a breach on saying so they said they were not updated that the room was occupied .The service staff is very clumsy had to call the reception tons of time to get the toiletries / laundry / fix the exhaust fan (which actually wasn’t fixed and was not taken care of by the staff) . The breakfast buffet - ample of varieties to choose from but a nightmare to the taste buds . Rest lunch and dinner ordered in , in room dining were fine . Adventure sports are fun . Staff helping us to carry out the sport were rude and nosy. The person sitting at the nitrogen ice cream counter made us wait for an hour to get the chef going , and provide us with a plain chocolate ice cream worst than that selling road side and labelled it as Belgian chocolate ice cream . The adventure staff are only polite once they come to know that u are staying here or else they are extremely rude . Reception staff only worried about painting their faces and do not pay attention to our query if asked for a justification or u complain a rude woman appears with a heavy tone of disgust . Plus when asked for a bathrobe the person actually got one which had fresh blood on it on correcting him he said sorry and said he had killed a mosquito on the way hence the blood 😱 . Horrible. Plus without our permission the room was cleaned in our absence even though do not disturb sign was on . 3/5is given only for the concept and the adventure park and for the fun we had . Woah what a 5 star experience it was 🙄. Your staffs negligent behavior is making the place weird otherwise it’s really a great place to visit .

We visited Della on a Saturday under Day Pass. It is easy to reach by personal vehicles and you can take auto or cabs from lonavla station if coming by train. I will sum up our experience at the park in 2 parts. 1. Activities (Wonderful ) : - You will have enough of activities to do in one day. All of the activities are challenging and something we don't experience at usual basis. If you're ready to pay some extra then even more thrilling 2 3 rides are there to enjoy. - I found staff professional and having fun if you're friendly with them. - All safety is taken care by staff and park well. Harnesses, ropes were well managed. - It was weekend so there was queue at places which does take time. This is expected and understandable. - We truly had fun doing all activities. 2. Eating and Drinking ( Horrible ) - Water is not free inside. There is no water filter anywhere and they give 2 small bottles per person at the gate. Very small 2 bottles. Post that you have to purchase 1 litre bottle for freaking 70rs - There is no limit to which they've overpriced food at this place. They mention 4 5 outlets where you can go for lunch but the menu at these places are just a joke at some point - butter naan starts at 100rs per piece, Samosa is for 370rs, bhelpuri, paavbhaji for 400rs. Extra paav is for 65rs. Rest you can imagine. - Tha paav is half the size of what we get outside and normal shop. - All quantities are half the size of what you get outside at much much much lower cost. - At such price, the service is below average and taste is just okay. - I felt they are a lower quality restaurants at way out of proportion prices. - Eatables are not allowed so you don't have any option anyways Conclusion: Activities : 5/5 Eating or drinking : 0/5

Della adventure park is a TATA owned property. This place is situated at 12km distance from lonavla. Easy to reach location through google map. After visiting lonavla/khandala you can try this place. The ticket price is very high. Book before a day and you get 30% off. Special offer for womens, 50% off on sunday, book before 1 day. There are two tickets.. Day pass & Jumbo pass. If you want to enjoy every ride & full adventure then jumbo pass is for you. For others day pass. With day pass you get 50 excitements. Many rides/activities are actually good like Archery, shooting, cricket, air hockey, snooker, ps4, boxing, bowling, horse riding, dog walk n many more. This place provides food options which are very very costly. Single person food for Rs. 850. Samosa for 350. Water bottles for 110. And you cannot bring outside food. Big turnoff. On weekends you have to wait in que for all rides. Weekdays are better to visit. All the rides/activitied are unlimited unless someone is not waiting.. Please bring your shoes as its required for many rides and they charge Rs.200 for it on rent. Only parking is free. It takes whole day to complete all activities so plan accordingly. Ots a good place to enjoy with friends and family. There is a chalkboard on first right turn from entrance, dont forget to fill it.
