OYO 3375 Hotel Rama Executive — Hotel in Maharashtra

Had been to this hotel even after reading a couple of horrendous reviews over TripAdvisor.||I must say that we did not feel or experience any kind of unpleasantness at the hotel as we stayed for 2 days. We found it good to be there especially with family.||Rooms, corridors reception was clean. We found the staff a little co-operative as well including the manager of hotel. We had all basic things in place when we entered the room.||We couldn't taste the food hence have no comments But we certainly tried there tea which was rather good.||And yes, its an advantage that the hotel is extremely near to the market hence you have everything required and few foot steps.||I would say if you behave in a humanly behavior with the staff, they would really respond back positively.||The final word I would like to say is that the management should train the staff as they have the capability of handling it.||Hope this helps someone!!!||If you visit reading this review, please post a review...

I am confused on reading the reviews. My daughter had booked this hotel and we had god a good discount . The Manager was very co operative and even allotted a room in groundfloor which was supposed to be for some other operator as my mother cannot climb. They have a small pure vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor. When we asked for particular items they got it ready for dinner in no time and it was quite good. Even in the morning sharp at 8 am they got ready Poha for us. Though a little costly I was satisfied with the quality and cleanliness.||||As regards the room, the one we got in ground floor was pretty small but the ones in 1st floor was spacious with 3 beds. I feel the staff are friendly and co operative. In the first hour TV did not function later it worked. AC was also fine. Overall it was a good experience. Only parking is not available. Very poor experience. Never recommended to stay with your family. Just next to our door there were a few drunk douchebags who didn’t let us sleep properly and the smoke of the cigarette was there throughout the lobby area. On top of this, water heater was supposed to function between 7-10am (around this time) and I was given a “commitment” that it will function during this time. But we waited till 10 but still there was not a single drop of heated water. While checkout when I asked the manager that what can he offer me in return of this inconvenience. I should expect some refund if not more or at Max some discount on the breakfast. Guess what he said? He said I can give you tea. Then I told him that I’ll get you tea with some biscuits as well.
