OYO I Suites — Hotel in Maharashtra

Rating 1 for extremely poor service OYO central team (Customer service, Email and Social Media). They have not been responding to my repeated complaints.

​There is no way this hotel should be listed in the Premium category.

I write my experience here when I compare this one to another OYO which was not a premium category OYO.

The rooms are big and clean but everything in the room and bathroom seems old and worn out.

The receptionist was very friendly but the staff was not helpful They did not have the basic courtesy to ask me if they can lift my bags. I had to carry my heavy bags all by myself. I asked for glasses I got plastic glasses. They didn't have glasses in their hotel I asked for toilet paper. They didn't have it Hand towels were not provided.

I had changed 2 rooms. In the third room, the geyser was not working so I had to go to another room just to take a shower. Later I was offered buckets of hot water for the 2nd day but nothing fr the third.

The worst ever hotel from oyo.. it is just spoiling the brand name oyo.. bo sense to the staff at all they dont know which rooms are available or not. No service provided properly no water, no glass, no plates provided, no towels, no soap n kit . The room was untidy the bedsheets were not even changed only organised well but they were not clean the pillow cover dirty and turned around that it wont be noticable. Even after calling room service he turned up after 2hrs after 4 calls.. We were not checked in the alloted room. . it was just a horrible , worst and total waste and time money experience. Only good thing was the ambience which wasnt maintained.. and last thing while checking out the owner rated his hotel 5 from my phone.. that was horrible.. he had asked for the message but rated the hotel.. The internet pictures lie. The hotel is in middle of nowhere and best to book only if you have work exactly at schools or residential areas nearby. Rooms has water seepage and black spots aplenty. Tv and set top box remotes weren’t working often. The Wifi didn’t work one day. When I was taking bath with soap on my body, the water supply ends suddenly .. and they say wait 30mins to 45mins. Had to scold to get them a bucket of water. Outside the room, construction is on so don’t be surprised by dogs loitering. Bed comfort is so so. Bfast is so so. Fixed Bfast served in the room. The one star is for the extremely low cost. The main responsibly party are the staff who possibly aren’t well paid nor trained to keep rooms neat and in proper condition.
