This is for the staff Before 3 weeks ago from today when I went there. First of all when I reached there the staff was it at all attentive 3 were there one boy white fair and 2 lady one of the lady was brooming and other lady and boy was doing something with cash maybe calculating or arranging change but a customer is there and you are bussy doing your stuff what kind of message it sends they seem too arrogant I told my order thery completely ignored then I waited for their stuff to finish at counter I waited 10 mins then a lady came to give order she waited 2 mins they don't greet or tell her anything they just busy with whatever they were doing, then I thought maybe I will just sit for a while untill they finish them 2 mins after they took her order them i gAve the order. Order was ready and good food was good and I ordered done in but later decided to takeaway I asked the boy if he can do that first I was hesitant because their first expression was not good to me but I asked him either way, and he said politely yes we can. So that's good. Over all food good ambience good. But plz give some training before keeping someone plz some training to customer service is compulsory. people say pune people are arrogant thay are proving it. Also if u check the photos posted by other people there is a girl staff in photo I think she is always on her phn i went here 2 times and all 2 times i I saw her talking on phn and now in the review section photos posted by someone else so yeah...

I had a very unpleasant experience at this KFC outlet. The order preparation took an unusually long time. The cashier, Mira Kumari, appeared confused while taking the order—she asked whether I wanted single or double cheese, and I said "single" assuming it was included. Later, when I asked about the charges, she mentioned there was an additional cost. I then requested to cancel the extra cheese, but was told it couldn’t be cancelled, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
When I received my order, the Pepsi was only three-quarters full, with no ice and no straw. On asking, I was told they were "out of stock"—which is not acceptable for a major food outlet. To make matters worse, the chicken had a strange, unpleasant odor, which raised concerns about food quality and hygiene.
Overall, the service and food quality were far below the standard expected from KFC. I sincerely hope the management looks into these issues and provides better staff training and quality control...
Read moreI did an online order through Swigy, order received in within 20 minutes, chicken was stale and some pieces were smelling and tasted so bad instantly could make out chicken pieces were not fresh, also they were not at all crispy were re-cooked, I love kfc but this experience with this center was really bad, no one ate and our mood, money, time etc etc all were wasted, horrible experience, I contacted KFC customer care 3 to 4 times, they told will arrange call from store, will get a call in within 10 minutes and nothing, no one called to check the issue or appologize, worst part is I also gave some pieces to my 15 months old, before knowing the chicken was stale, smelling and tasted rotten, kfc Undri branch is thums down👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Management please check your service and employees in this branch, give proper training’s and see if employees and vendors are following kfc’s sops to serve fresh, healthy...
