I recently visited the Burger King outlet at Undri on October 19, 2024, with a group of 10 people, and the experience was far from satisfactory. When we approached the shift manager, Kishore, to inquire about the air conditioning and seating arrangements, he responded rudely and dismissively. He bluntly told us, "That is how it is," and even suggested that we leave if there was no space. When we tried to address his unprofessional behavior, he responded with, "I don’t care about the job, and I’m not concerned about Burger King. Do whatever you want." Such behavior is unacceptable from a representative of any brand, especially one known for its customer service.

After raising a complaint, the customer service team reached out and shared the contact details of the store manager, Amol. I spoke with Amol, who was professional and understanding. He assured me that the issue would be addressed and clarified that the air conditioning was malfunctioning at the time, which could have been communicated to avoid any misunderstanding.
