Griddled Deli — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Update :The reason rating went down is because we saw the initial fire going down. We came to order after few days but your order taker was completely busy with other servers from next restaurant. So after waiting We went ahead with Food Addicts who grabbed the opportunity and eventually their down rating went up as their service and food was good. So in dine in not only food but service to be more precise the experience matters a lot and that will see your ratings going up and down. I agree you give 20% discount and that's how u come to market price. My suggestion is to keep the pricing at discounted so that people get used to your menu rather than thinking it's today's discount tommorow won't be there! It makes a huge diffrence if someone is planning for a food date at your restaurant . I am sure you would be also doing the same. But with current pricings you are doing good then it's great news. Being in the area and industry for a good amount of time those were some of my wise words. Reviews will keep on changing as per experience by any customer.

My only concern or advice would be the menu pricing. For area like Undri which is still on catering style I think it's little over priced. I know pricing must have been thought and then incorporated in menu but if they can get regular burgers within Rs100 range and specialized burger within Rs150 it would sell like hot cakes. Shravani Somwar and wifey had given strict instructions not to have non veg at home. Since it was raining a tad more , hence settled on Burger to order ( again didnt want to mess up with dishes and order something which I have to store). Burger happened to be a safe bet and was tired of the regulars (you know who I mean ) so was searching and saw good reviews about Girddled Deli.

Now when you order food based looking at ratings, you seem to have high expectations from start and same may have happened to me. On top of it, I have always stayed away from Veggie Burgers ( no offense but is there such a dish 😀). But you can't disobey high command and hence settled for a Veg. Tex Mex and small fries.

My rating to them would actually be a 3 , but given the benefit of doubt to try out a non veg version, I will award an extra star as it was not so bad though. Size or rather the fillings seemed to be a bit normal and some experimentation there can help. But I will still limit my real judgement toll I actually visit or try another from their menu for...

Food Is good Not great.

What is 2 star deducted is for the No cutlery policy means no plate,no spoon nothing... How can I eat steak with wooden spoon, plus the order taker was completely confused. He first asked if we need bread or rice with steak... Then when I made my choice thinking it comes with the steak latter I saw he charged me for it. When asked why it's billed he said coz it is chargeable offline but comes free online... Very very confusing and foolish attitude that guy had.

Sorry to say no one was interested to give us food other then eating their own pizza... Will never...
