Raigad Srushti Beach Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

This was one of the worst stays ever.. ruined our entire stay. Rooms were not cleaned; dust was all over the place. Washroom wasn't clean. Had to keep on informing multiple times for hygiene related issues, delayed service. And worst part was, that the owner lied to his tounge, he initially agreed for garden facing room and later on when we left our luggage and went out to roam around, he called us in an hour and told us that he can't have the agreed room alloted and will move us to another room which didn't have any view on the ground floor.. it was kind of cheating literally, coz he knew that we won't be able to find another room by coming back and searching as it wud have wasted our day so had to agree (also it was weekend so mostly hotels were taken up).. and then we returned at night all tired the room wasn't prepared at all with dust and everything a mess, had to inform them on everything.. WON'T RECOMMEND AND AT ALL and if you're out of choice then ensure that you clearly have things agreed with the owner and if possible record it as evidence.

Location: also, this hotel is not at all accessible as it's very narrow lane that leads to this hotel so if you have your vehicle it will be very difficult to get in as it's far inside front the road. Wud suggest to have other hotels located on main road or beach as they are also available at around same price and very much accessible. So don't fall...

We decided to visit this resort after seeing some appealing reels online, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. While the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the air conditioning was not sufficient for the larger room, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The biggest letdown, however, was the service. Staff were not proactive at all — we had to ask for everything, and even then, many things were either delayed or simply unavailable. In the hospitality industry, service makes all the difference, and sadly, this is where the resort really needs to improve. The swimming pool was not clean, which was another disappointment. On a positive note, the food tasted good, but there was very little variety over the course of our stay. It’s definitely budget-friendly, so if you’re just looking for a decent place to stay without expecting much in terms of service or amenities, it might work for you.
