Sea Shore — Hotel in Maharashtra

The Property & Location is good (just 2mins away from the beach)

Service - The Caretaker was decent, was expecting more from him at the service part, but half the time he was missing from the Property. There are earthing issues that we found (few of my friends did get shock, & same was informed to the Caretaker to look at it Urgently before something happens. but nothing was takencare.

Food - Not Good, the way food menu was provided and the way things are written you get complete opposite of that. we had ordered Thali, expected proper thali for per person but when food arrived it was less then what we had ordered and we had also informed the caretaker about the same (I think, he does take a good cut from it) he ignored our points. Remove the food service provider.

At Night we ordered food from outside which was way way better than what we had at afternoon.

Want the Management to look after these things Urgently and we want a percentage of our money to be given back. As the service was not good, and people were getting electric shock. luckily nothing serious happened but this...

We had an awesome stay at Swan Villa..Its bang opposite Varsoli seashore...can have lunch dinner in the open terrace overlooking the sea...The rooms were really clean..bath towels, bed sheets were clean and neatly made..the bathrooms are specious with separate shower area...branded toiletries...we were the group of 7 frinds went for 2 nights...This 4BHK bungalow is so really specious...has a very big hall with LCD TV...We had karaoke session in the hall...the caretaker is available all the time and really helpful. He can arrange for ur food or any other thing at a very short notice..The pool is actually a POOL and not a pond...we had good time in the pool. They had footbal, cricket and badminton arrangements and ample space to play..The frontage has a good green lawn and a table for a fresh morning or a laid back evening tea . Actually theres enough green and open space to walk and run around...the parking space is ample...cant stop praising this place.I highly recommend swan villa for family and friends get together and will certainly repeat my...

Have lived for 2 days in this villa booked through Airbnb. I must say, supar pathetic stay. Issues are such which will makes this villa non liveable:

there is no cellular network in the rooms. the WiFi is pathetic and works only in hall and kitchen. Does not work in rooms. the bathroom is worst. It takes 15 mins to fill a bucket of water. The owner has just open for earning without taking care of guests.
