MOST HORRIBLE STAY YOU CAN EVER EXPERIENCE ! Yes you read it right. I started having the gut feel about it the penultimate evening before the check-in date, when their so-called executive Ms Neha bombarded me with all the rules and regulations which we, as guests, were supposed to follow. The first such rule was to order for food 28 hours before the food timing. So our check in date was 15th November and I was asked on 14th November at 5 pm to order for dinner that we wanted to have on 15th. This was even when their other staff Mr Kunal said it was ok to order 4 hours prior. And when this was communicated to Ms Neha by me, she very rudely asked me to shut up. Then came the day we were supposed to check in. At 1 pm on 15th November the clock to check in started ticking like a time bomb and a timer of one and half hours started showing up mentioning that if I don’t web check in within the time frame I would not be allowed to check in at all. Well the rule was followed by me like a diligent guest. Remember rules are only for guests. After reaching the place the gut-feeling turned into reality and we were up with all sorts of discomforts right in our face. For one, the AC in one of the rooms was not working. We left the place at 5pm for a social gathering to attend and asked the caretaker - Mr Ajay - to get the AC functional. But to my expected horror, when we came back at 11.30, the AC was still non-functional. And their solution was sleep under a cooler. It was clear by this time that once they have the full advance payment with them, they are the kings and guests have to fall in line. Sleep in cooler after paying a bomb for a private bungalow!! Wow! Well, somehow we tried to sleep. But the pillows were rock-hard, bed sheets were torn and stained, and the windows had no curtains. And then followed the next rule-breaker from the team Stay Vista. Early morning I got up to use the washroom and there was no water supply in it. The caretaker Mr Ajay was nowhere to be found and when I went out to locate him he said that he forgot to switch on the pump and that it’s not his fault. Probably even that was supposed to be the duty of the guests. Nonetheless, my multiple frantic calls to their manager Mr Amjad and Mr Kunal, and messages on the group formed on WhatsApp , went unanswered and ignored completely. I was left with a feeling of desperation and frustration. Then came the time for morning breakfast and I thought “c’mon this has to be good! They took order for it one day in advance.” But indeed I forgot that anything good at this place and with this team, is like a drop of rain in Sahara Desert. It was proven right away when I took the first bite of the Idlis we ordered - there was no salt in the chutney. All-in-all the place is good if you want to shoot a horror film and want to punish yourself for some penance you contemplate to undertake. The team members - Ms Neha, Mr Amjad, Mr Kunal, and Mr Ajay - are all kings in their own ranks and would make you realise the same every moment. Even after such a harrowing experience no senior person from the management got in touch with me to resolve the issues. Go ahead and experience the torture you would never have...

Such a great place! We spent two nights at pura vida villa with my family and there’s something for everyone. The pool was clean and tidy and of decent size for a family fun weekend. The villa was clean and hygienic also the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday during our stay. It was a great space which made our stay really comfortable. The host was really helpful and responsive.

We even ordered the meals from their centralised kitchen that were appropriately priced and so yummy!

The caretaker was really nice and helpful. He helped us through the whole stay, prepared our meals and kept our space really clean. Overall, I highly recommend this place....

Stayed here for one night. We had booked through vista rooms. I must say I expected much more from vista. The house is nice no doubt but the housekeeping was beyond terrible. The dustbin, microwave, fridge the cabinets in the kitchen were extremely dirty. There were cobwebs behind the sofas. The curtains were dirty! The lights in the pool were not working. The buckets in the bathroom were sticky and felt dirty.. the whole point of taking a room via vista is that above all else we are assured that the place is kept clean! Very disappointed. Would not recommend at all for the price...
