Resort Silver Hills — Hotel in Maharashtra

Firstly I'd like to thank Mr. Bhavesh for being such a kind host. He had taken great efforts to make our stay a comfortable one.

Starting with the room, we had the mountain view which over looks the pool too. It was on the second floor. Please note that there are now elevators, hence senior citizens please prepare your self for atleast a first floor climb, which is not all that hard. The room was spacious and well ventilated. The wash rooms are super clean. There is no fridge but should be the least of your concerns as they will keep whatever you want in their refrigerator.

Going down to the restaurant, the staff are very soft spoken and courteous. They always make you feel welcomed the moment you step into the restaurant. The breakfast was good. Not a fancy spread but all the necessity items were provided for the same, i.e Poha, fried eggs, omlettes, bread butter jam, paratha with curds, chole batture are some of the items I can think off. They meals taste good too. Really enjoyed their biryani.

The place is fitted with an open play room where you have a carrom board, snakes and ladder table, chess and a pool table which you need to pay for only. There is a nice little sitting place near the game area. The pool is clean and well maintained. No worries of it being dirty. And besides the pool is a nice open area to run around playing those old time family games. There is a gym too but never used it. We also got a magic show while we started here. I would say it's mainly for the kiddies.

Overall I would rate this place a 5 on 5 for the whole experience. Thank you Bhavesh for your kind hospitality. Your staff are really amazing. I can truly say you take good...

We stayed 3 days in Lonavala in Silverhills resort. their hospitality is awesome.

Rooms: Very neat and nicely maintained rooms

Food: They have a in house restaurant, our room included breakfast in our package. In breakfast they served variety of food from Phoha, puri bhajji, aloo parotha etc.. along with bread butter jam, cornflakes, Tea coffee juice, cut fruits sprouts etc..They have vast variety of lunch and dinner menus from tiffin, North Indian and Chinese cuisine.

Other Facilities: they have complimentary game zone which includes carrots, chess, ludo, TT along with a cozy reading space for kids . My kids enjoyed their swimming pool A lot.They also have space to play shuttle, cricket etc.

Apart from these they have ample parking space and the location is also very close to local markets and kandhala sunset point etc..

They also helped us with booking some site seeing packages at very reasonable costs which helped us enjoy lonavala Hassel free.

I will highly recommend this place for who ever is...

Pathetic The owner will stare couple in such a bad manner. We checked in and welcome was saying only only about check out they don't even have a courtesy to welcome guest. Check out time was 10 ofcourse if you go to any hotel even Taj they will adjust for here and there 1hour this guy didn't had any manner they called us by 9:30 to check out we were ofcourse not ready later by i told him vl check out by 10:30 they kept calling every 5mints it was sooo horrible they. Kept on lying about conference. I than raised my voice as if conference is been taken in the room and not the conference room. Later he said all rooms are booked where as we didn't saw a single person other than us. It was soo sooo mannerless they waked in to room by the time it was just 10:23 such a horrible staff and owner doesn't not have a good eye contact. Be aware Don't ever stay...
